Positions: 2 positions available – 1 Permanent / Full-time and 1 Fixed-term / Part-time (18.25 hours per week until 17 August 2026)

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent, proactive service across the range of Student Operations activities and initial guidance and signposting on other non-academic related queries (e.g., finance, well-being, employability).
• Deliver an exceptional experience for students and be a key member of the team delivering the full cycle of activities including registration and enrolment, examinations, graduations, and maintenance of student records.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a good standard of literacy/numeracy as demonstrated by GCSE grade C or higher, or by relevant work experience.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint in a work environment.
