Role: Resourcing Specialist (Part-time)

Department: Partnerships & Services – People & Culture Directorate

Grade: Professional Services Grade 7 – (pro rata to Β£39,975 – Β£47,416 per annum)

Responsible to: Head of Resourcing Operations

Campus: Choice of Belfast or Coleraine

(Fixed-term for one year /Part-time)

Job Purpose:

The Resourcing Specialist will act as an internal consultant and expert on selection and recruitment across the University to key stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of Resourcing Operations and collaboratively with the wider People and Culture teams you will be responsible for delivering on key resourcing workstreams including developing our employee value proposition and significantly contributing to a sustainable resourcing operational plan and the University\’s People plan.
