– ABOUT US –

– THE ROLE –

The Resourcing Specialist will act as an internal consultant and expert on selection and recruitment across the University to key stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of Resourcing Operations and collaboratively with the wider People and Culture teams, you will be responsible for delivering on key resourcing workstreams including developing our employee value proposition and significantly contributing to a sustainable resourcing operational plan and the University’s People plan.

– ABOUT YOU –

The postholder will be required to be:

– A HR Degree

OR

– A recognised CIPD post graduate professional qualification

OR

– A Degree (or higher) in a business-related discipline plus significant HR generalist experience

– Have at least Associate membership of CIPD with a commitment to achieving Chartered membership within an agreed period

– Significant experience as an HR Professional in a complex organisation with responsibility for aligning resourcing requirements to the business priorities of clients and developing resourcing plans
