Ulster University in Belfast invites applications for a Research Assistant in Medical Image Analysis.

The role will contribute to anatomical modelling of the trachea and oesophagus using large CT datasets and develop image processing and segmentation techniques.

The successful candidate will build predictive models linking features to clinical parameters (height, age, gender) and create Statistical Shape Models to describe 3D variations.
