- THE ROLE -

The role of the Food and Beverage Training Technician is to plan, develop and deliver demonstrations, skills training and education to students in the training restaurant. This role is term time over 26 weeks of the year and covers two evenings per week.

- ABOUT YOU -

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education along with managerial experience in the food and beverage service area in an à la Carte Restaurant. They will have comprehensive knowledge of the range of food and beverage service operations and experience in training others in supervisory and operational procedures. Experience in training and demonstrating procedures and practices to others is essential.
