THE ROLE

This role supports the delivery of an efficient People and Culture service through accurate administration, reliable data management and responsive customer support. You’ll work with systems such as PeopleXD, prepare documentation, manage enquiries and assist with financial processes, all while meeting clear deadlines and contributing to improvement projects.

ABOUT YOU

• Solid administrative experience with strong IT skills, including confident use of databases and MS Office.
• Well organised and accurate, able to manage deadlines and a busy workload with minimal supervision.
• A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
