- THE ROLE -
The postholder will be responsible to the Administrative Manager for the provision of clerical support in relation to Estates Services activities, including first line Helpdesk support, to ensure that a quality service is provided to staff, students and members of the public.
- ABOUT YOU -
You will maintain and update records using university and department electronic data management and processing systems. You will be responsible for the provision of a Helpdesk service across all campuses, to include input, processing to appropriate workgroups/managers, updating of databases, dealing with queries in a professional manner, and highlighting any areas of concern to senior colleagues. You will data input to Estates Services databases ensuring all internal control processes and policies are adhered to and generate reports as required.
