THE ROLE

Responsible for the provision of clerical support in relation to car park management and wider sustainable travel and Estates Services activities, including first-line Helpdesk, to ensure that a quality service is provided to staff, students and members of the public.

ABOUT YOU

  • A good standard of numeracy and literacy as demonstrated by qualifications (including GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics) or experience
  • Experience of using computer applications, e.g. word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email, the internet, and web-based technology
  • Experience of assisting in the organisation of meetings, including note/minute-taking and the collation and distribution of papers
  • Experience of co-ordinating and assisting with the organisation of events and associated activities, including travel arrangements and the use of specialised reservation software
