The Role

The post holder will provide a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable reception service to students, staff, and visitors.

About You

  • You will deliver exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in person, by email, and by phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues or complaints promptly.
  • You will manage access control, issue and retrieve security passes, and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • You will support campus events and conferences, including welcoming guests and assisting with activities.
