- THE ROLE -

Responsible to the Director of Estates Services, you will be responsible for the strategic development and integrated delivery of strategic design management across all Estates Services sections, strategic and general estates planning, space management, management of projects, estate portfolio matters, and estate improvements across all campuses. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Derry~Londonderry programme of work, including guiding the planning and delivery team to ensure the programme meets delivery requirements and achieves the strategic objectives. You will also play a key role in liaising with key project stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensuring governance requirements are met.

- ABOUT YOU -

  • A relevant degree in a construction-related discipline.
  • Experience of leading corporate strategic planning processes.
  • A record of achievement in programme management for a large estate of at least 100,000 square metres, including the successful delivery of development and improvement programmes of at least £10M per annum.
