Ulster Sports Club is seeking a hands-on Brewer to join Out of Office Brewing on the second floor of our venue. You will engage in all stages of the brewing lifecycle, upholding top quality and safety standards in a full-time role.
The position involves daily brewhouse operations, cellar duties, CIP, lab checks and occasional packaging support, with emphasis on accuracy and clean processes. A strong passion for craft beer is essential.
