Ulster Rugby invites applications for a role delivering Women’s National Talent Identification and National Development programmes within the province for female players aged U16–U23. The post focuses on identifying and developing elite talent and providing a support service to universities, provinces and clubs.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to profile and develop player plans, coordinate coaching education and ensure accurate data and depth charts across IRFU platforms.
