Role Overview

Ulster Rugby invites applications for the Head of Finance and Stadium Operations. The postholder will lead and manage a high‑performing business support function incorporating finance, stadium facilities and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, including financial planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Lead finance, stadium facilities and events teams, coordinating multi‑disciplinary operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial information to support decision‑making.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and club governance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to set financial and operational targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience in a senior financial management role.
• Proven experience in strategic financial leadership, including planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Experience managing a multi‑disciplinary team (advantageous).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
