A unique opportunity for a senior level finance and business management professional to be part of the leadership team at Northern Ireland's only professional symphony orchestra! For almost 60 years, the Ulster Orchestra has been at the forefront of arts and culture in Northern Ireland, with a mission to enrich people's lives through excellence in performance, learning and community engagement, and creative collaborations.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Head of Finance and Business Management to join our Senior Management Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the business and financial operations of the Ulster Orchestra including financial strategy and well-being, fundraising, and day-to-day operations.
You will bring strong business acumen with a demonstrable background in financial management and corporate governance and excellent people-management skills. You will be committed to upholding and instilling our Core Values, contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation and shared purpose.
