We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of technology enabled projects within a complex manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery, working closely with all key business functions and third-party vendors to deliver IT projects that drive growth and transformation.

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, from initiation and business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Deliver multiple concurrent projects aligned to a wider IT and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues proactively.
  • Ensure the business is properly engaged and that IT projects are business sponsored and properly resourced.
  • Work closely with all business areas to identify project requirements and needs and to ensure IT solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Ensure project investments deliver tangible business benefits, such as improved performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience delivering IT and business transformation projects in a structured, controlled environment.
  • Strong background in end-to-end IT project management, from initiation and planning through to delivery and handover.
  • Strong understanding of IT system security and infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior management.
  • Strong planning, documentation, and communication skills, with a clear and pragmatic approach to delivery.
