We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of technology‑enabled projects within a complex manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end project delivery, working closely with all key business functions and third‑party vendors to deliver IT projects that drive growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, from initiation and business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Deliver multiple concurrent projects aligned to a wider IT and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues proactively.
  • Ensure the business is properly engaged and that IT projects are business sponsored and properly resourced.
  • Work closely with all business areas to identify project requirements and needs and to ensure IT solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Ensure project investments deliver tangible business benefits, such as improved performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Manage internal delivery teams and external vendors, systems integrators, and consultants.
  • Present clear, concise updates to senior leadership and steering groups.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience delivering IT and business transformation projects in a structured, controlled environment.
  • Strong background in end‑to‑end IT project management, from initiation and planning through to delivery and handover.
  • Strong understanding of IT system security and infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior management.
  • Strong planning, documentation, and communication skills, with a clear and pragmatic approach to delivery.
