ULMA, an internationally recognised leader in formwork, scaffolding and access solutions, is expanding into the UK with a newly established office in the South East, and is already NASC accredited. We are now seeking an experienced, creative Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in building our presence and reputation in the market. This is a unique opportunity to join ULMA at an exciting stage of growth, where you will have real influence over sales strategy, customer engagement, and commercial success.
The Role
- Develop and deliver a strategic sales plan for the UK market.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across ULMA’s target sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Promote a customer-first, solutions-led sales approach.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Represent ULMA at industry events and networking opportunities.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role.
- Background in scaffolding, formwork, or access solutions preferred.
- Practical experience in the industry would also be a benefit.
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously in a growing organisation.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
- Willingness to take a hands-on role in establishing a new market presence.
