Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for supporting young people? We are looking to appoint an exceptional Pastoral Administrator to join our successful and dynamic school. This new role is explicitly designed to match the skillsets of a methodical administrator with an assertive and personable manner. Hours: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract, full time (37 hours/week) Term Time only (39 working weeks) – term time plus 1 week
Salary: Grade 4. Full year salary: £25,583 (pro rata for term time – £22,004.33)
The Role
As a key member of our Pastoral Team, you will provide vital support to our Pastoral Leads and Year Group Managers. You will be the engine room of the pastoral department, ensuring that systems for behaviour, intervention and safeguarding run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Support: Be the face of our behaviour management systems, schedule and manage pastoral interventions and facilitate restorative practice meetings.
- Behaviour Operations: Support daily systems such as pastoral appointments, logging on-call incidents, and coordinating same-day detentions.
