Key Responsibilities
- Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and manage the promotional calendar for key UK retailers (e.g., Boots, Argos, Sephora UK, department stores).
- Optimize in-store advertising resources (POS displays, demo units, shelf placement) to maximize visibility.
- Wholesaler & Retailer Campaigns
- Develop and execute B2B trade promotions for large-scale distributors and wholesalers.
- Design BA (Beauty Advisor) training programs and incentive schemes for new product launches.
- In-Store & Outdoor Marketing
- Lead merchandising strategies (window displays, counter layouts) to enhance brand presence.
- Conceptualize and implement OOH (out-of-home) advertising (billboards, transit ads) in high-traffic areas.
- Experiential Marketing
- Organize trade shows and pop-up events (e.g., Beauty Expo London) to drive B2B and consumer engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in trade marketing, preferably in beauty/consumer electronics with UK retailer experience (Boots, Currys, etc.).
- Proven track record in managing in-store activations, BA programs, and OOH campaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills with wholesalers and retailers.
- Data-driven mindset (ROI analysis, sell-through rates).
- Native-level English; ability to localize global campaigns for UK audiences.
