We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Ula - a fresh, vibrant, pan Asian inspired concept in the heart of Mumbles. Ula isn’t just another venue. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring a kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards
- Owning a brunch led menu with creative, standout small plates
- Driving presentation, precision and flavour in every dish
- Keeping service slick, organised and calm - even when it’s busy
- Working closely with management to evolve the menu and concept
- Maintaining strong GP, stock control and kitchen systems
