We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen at ULA - a fresh, pan Asian inspired concept built around standout brunches, bold small plates, and a seriously good atmosphere. At Ula, food is about attention to detail, clean presentation and big flavour. Every plate matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your section with confidence and consistency
- Delivering high quality brunch and small plates during busy services
- Maintaining strong prep, organisation and cleanliness
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous in day to day kitchen operations
- Helping to keep standards high across every service
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up
