We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen at ULA - a fresh, pan Asian inspired concept built around standout brunches, bold small plates, and a seriously good atmosphere. At Ula, food is about attention to detail, clean presentation and big flavour. Every plate matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running your section with confidence and consistency
  • Delivering high quality brunch and small plates during busy services
  • Maintaining strong prep, organisation and cleanliness
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous in day to day kitchen operations
  • Helping to keep standards high across every service

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up
  • A real pride in presentation and detail
  • Passion for food - especially modern brunch and small plates
  • Someone who thrives in a fast paced, energetic kitchen
  • A positive attitude and strong team mentality
