Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Conduct process reviews, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Reduce cycle times, errors, rework, and off-system/ad hoc requests across core HR processes.
  • Build reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with regional People Ops, COEs, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and lead change management efforts.
  • Establish and drive global process standards, templates, and documentation across People Operations.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using Oracle HCM, Service Now (HRSD), and other digital tools.
  • Partner with HRIS and HRIT teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Drive adoption of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) models and self-service solutions to reduce manual work and improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Preferred Experience
  • 10-14+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery (HRSD) environments.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, redesign, or operational transformation initiatives within HR.
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to Oracle HCM and/or Service Now HRSD or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of case management, service delivery models, and self-service frameworks in HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across global, matrixed environments.
