Senior Strategy Manager – Energy and Industrial Sectors

We seek an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to drive our company's growth and competitive positioning in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector. The ideal candidate will excel at translating market insights into actionable strategies that create value for both our company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the product TIC market
• Identify and evaluate high-potential markets, segments, and geographies
• Craft compelling value propositions and competitive strategies
• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives to drive growth and establish market barriers
• Deliver comprehensive investment recommendations aligned with company objectives
• Analyse and compare customer needs with organic and M&A investment opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in devising investment and growth strategies
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Proficiency in strategic frameworks and proven track record of successful strategy implementation
