Job Description
As UL Solutions business continues to grow, we have a superb opportunity for you to join our Retail and Consumer Products (RCP) team in the UK as our new Senior Program Specialist!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, youwill beresponsible for establishing, maintaining and growing relationships with ULS clients by supporting them in matters related to testing, audits and inspection Client Programs.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary point of contact and connection between ULS customers and RCP Client Program Team.
- Engages with customers to address their inquiries, advise and solve issues related to the Client Programs.
- Participates in client discussions regarding testing, audits, inspections and/or other services and program development needs.
- Collaborates with other teams, e.g. Operations, Support Services, Quality Assurance, Sales, Business Development and other stakeholders to provide the best client experience.
- Ensures that the Client Program requirements are clearly documented, communicated and updated throughout the organization.
- Creates dashboards and prepares reports, summaries and KPIs based on customer requirements.
- Reviews and updates clients’ documentation and works on improving the Client Programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or related.
- 5 years of working experience in a similar role or in customer service, client support, technical support etc.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Good knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate would be a strong asset.
- Ability to work with data sheets and create dashboards.
- Pro-active approach and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to find alternative solutions.
- A strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of French language would be nice to have.
