- Client Program Specialist
, you'll work closely with a key client, helping them navigate testing, inspection, and audit services while collaborating with teams across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys communication, project coordination, data, and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to contact for one of our major fashion industry clients.
- Work from the client's London office 3 days per week and build strong day-to-day relationships.
- Help answer questions, solve issues, and support client needs related to testing, inspections, and audits.
- Partner with teams across UL Solutions including Operations, Quality, Sales, and Business Development.
- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs that help track performance and improve programs.
- Keep client requirements organized, updated, and communicated across the business.
- Support continuous improvements and help make our client programs even better.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, client support, sales, or account coordination is a plus - but we're also happy to consider early-career professionals.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word).
- Interest in data, reporting, and process improvement.
- Experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a bonus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, curious mindset and willingness to learn.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with different people and functions.
- Able to work in London three days per week.
