We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head our EMEA Field HR Business Partner team. Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will partner with senior business leaders across the region to shape and deliver people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and business transformation. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for leading a team of HR Business Partners supporting more than 3,000 employees across 22+ countries. You will play a key role in influencing regional business strategy, developing leadership capability, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality people experience across the EMEA region. This is a hybrid position based in Basingstoke, with an expectation of working from the office three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners across EMEA, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Partner with senior business leaders in the region to shape and deliver people strategies that support business growth, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and workforce planning across multiple countries and functions.
  • Drive talent initiatives across the region, including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, retention and organisational capability, ensuring the organisation is well positioned for future success.
  • Act as a trusted partner on complex organisational, employee and labour relations matters, providing strategic guidance on change management, workforce transitions, organisational design and business transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage workforce insights and data to identify opportunities, manage organisational risk and influence decisions that improve employee experience, business performance and long-term organisational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence, People Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance and business leadership teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality people experience across the EMEA region and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Extensive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting multiple business units, regions, or complex organisational environments, along with experience leading and developing HR professionals.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in employee and labour relations, organisational design, change management, workforce risk management, and employment law within a complex, matrixed, and international environment.
  • Excellent consulting, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical capability, using workforce data and insights to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and improve organisational performance.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel, as required.
