The focus will primarily be on issues affecting the energy sector and fire protection, such as thermal runaway in lithium-ion batteries and fire incidents in various structures.

What you'll do
- Conduct research and simulations to address emerging fire and explosion safety challenges.
- Execute practical laboratory projects that apply theoretical concepts in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and combustion.
Requirements
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development, specifically in fire safety or a related domain.
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and combustion principles.
Nice to have
- Experience with lithium-ion battery safety and testing.
- Familiarity with fire protection standards and regulations.
