We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support business growth for our Fire Safety Testing & Certification services across the UK. In this role, you will help organizations navigate safety, quality, and compliance challenges by connecting them with UL Solutions' industry-leading testing, inspection, and certification services. You'll play a key role in growing both existing accounts and new customer relationships across your assigned territory.

- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in field sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Industry experience within the Built Environment sector would be preferred (areas such as: fire detection and suppression systems; fire alarm systems; building materials; personal protective equipment).
- Experience selling Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) services would be nice to have.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the UK (approximately 50–75%).

This position is eligible for additional sales incentive with a target payout of 55% of base salary. Build and grow strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping them identify the right UL Solutions services for their needs. Manage the sales process from identifying opportunities and understanding customer requirements through to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Engage with customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email, serving as a trusted advisor and promoting UL Solutions' testing, inspection, certification, and related services. Grow and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities while supporting existing customer accounts. Collaborate with technical experts and sales colleagues to deliver customer-focused solutions. Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through additional services and renewals. Ensure a seamless customer experience by partnering with implementation and customer success teams.
