Seeking a Manager – Process Excellence to drive transformation across People Operations by redesigning HR processes, improving efficiency, and enabling automation. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing the employee and manager experience through digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM and ServiceNow (HRSD). The role will drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of scalable service delivery solutions across the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position and can be based in Basingstoke (UK), Barcelona (Spain), or Warsaw (Poland).
Responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and operational metrics.
- Conduct process reviews, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements.
- Reduce cycle times, errors, rework, and off-system/ad hoc requests across core HR processes.
- Build reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with regional People Ops, COEs, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and lead change management efforts.
- Establish and drive global process standards, templates, and documentation across People Operations.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Oracle HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), and other digital tools.
- Partner with HRIS and HRIT teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) models and self-service solutions to reduce manual work and improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
- Proven track record in process improvement, redesign, or operational transformation initiatives within HR.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Oracle HCM and/or ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of case management, service delivery models, and self-service frameworks in HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across global, matrixed environments.
Total Rewards: Salary range varies by location and local market conditions. It is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 20% of base salary. You’ll also enjoy annual paid leave, access to our ULS University to support continuous learning and career development, two volunteering days each year to participate in community activities, and flexible working arrangements designed to help you balance work and life.
