We are looking to recruit a Weekend Café Supervisor to work closely with the Café Kitchen Manager to manage and develop a vibrant community café within The Bale House Visitor Centre at Hastings Country Park known for its outstanding views, beauty and rare flora and fauna.
Job Purpose
You will provide a welcoming front of house service, excellent customer service and quality food and beverages to local community and visitors. In the absence of the manager, you will supervise and lead the team of café assistants to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and café including preparation of food, managing rotas, absence and providing feedback.
You will be someone with experience and knowledge of food preparation in a kitchen/catering or café environment and staff supervision.
