We are seeking an inspiring and motivated Team Leader to work as part of the Restart team in Hounslow, providing quality IAG to clients seeking employment. You will lead a team of five Restart Advisors (RA’s) and a Senior Advisor to offer the best support for all our clients and ensure the team work together to meet the performance targets set by the contract and Groundwork.

Offering practical support such as caseload reviews, and discussions of complex cases. You will work with our Compliance Team Leader to ensure all our processes and reporting meet the requirements of the contract. You will support our Restart Programme Manager, represent Groundwork with Ingeus, JCP and local stakeholders.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, good attention to detail, and excellent organisational and administration skills in order to cope with competing demands and tight deadlines.
