We are recruiting for a Community Development Co‑ordinator to work in Phillipstown, New Tredegar, through the Invest Local, Big Lottery, 10-year initiative targeting deprived communities in Wales.
Community Development Co‑ordinator
37 hours per week worked flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Build on existing and develop new partnerships with groups, agencies, and other partners.
- Facilitate engagement and capacity build within the community with a focus on training and skills development for residents.
- Contribute toward the delivery of the Driving Change Plan and the overall objectives of the approved workplan, including providing monitoring and feedback to the Phillipstown Forever Steering Group.
- Organise and facilitate events and activities, including promotion and marketing.
