We are currently seeking an experienced and enterprising Business Manager (Retail and Reuse). The ideal candidate will be target driven, have strong leadership management, retail and commercial skills, a drive to succeed with experience of managing a team. Proven experience of driving business and profit improvement will be beneficial in this role. Candidates will have a good track record of managing social or private sector retail enterprise activity.

Key elements of the role are to:

  • Set and meet ambitious targets
  • Grow the enterprise
  • Manage a busy team of staff, volunteers and placements
  • Manage stock, sales and logistics for collections and deliveries
  • Seek out and deliver new opportunities for growth

The role is both demanding and rewarding, working for a social enterprise, within a leading regeneration charity.
