Our Energy Solutions team is expanding and we are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on‑street EV charging installations for a high‑profile client. This hands‑on role involves managing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Initially, you’ll support builds in Surrey & West Sussex, with the role later expanding to cover Dorset & Poole. Travel between all areas is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise on‑site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including toolbox talks.
- Conduct site inspections, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
- Manage site resources: labour, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress, and incident reports.
- Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Experience supervising construction or EV infrastructure projects (on‑street experience preferred).
- Background working in street lighting, highways, civils is ideal.
- SMSTS certification, valid CSCS card, NRSWA and UK driving licence is essential.
- Comfortable travelling between Surrey, West Sussex, and Dorset/Poole.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
