Ground Control are hiring an Ecologist to lead and deliver ecological projects across the UK, balancing ecological requirements with client needs. You’ll work with the Ecology Team to drive Biodiversity Net Gain, habitat restoration and protected species surveys.
You will manage projects from enquiry to delivery, provide high‑quality technical advice, produce reports and mentor junior ecologists while promoting best practice across the team.
