Ground Control is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Landscape, Design & Energy division on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The role is predominantly home-based with some site travel to offices in London or nearby regions, and involves driving commercial performance across a portfolio of environmental and landscaping schemes.
You will own valuations, CVRs and cost reporting, administer NEC/JCT contracts, manage risks, and support client discussions to maximise profitability.
