What you’ll do:

Support Contract Managers in managing project works from initiation to completion, focusing on mailbox management, data capture and analysis, administration, and time management. This role is vital for the success of R&I’s projects, handling multiple projects simultaneously, following processes, and coordinating information to enable project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Achievement: Achieve results in quantitative and qualitative terms while meeting KPI targets.
  • Financial Awareness: Understand cost impacts and analyze related information.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate extended thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Operational Systems Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and industry software such as D365 Finance, Gather, and PowerBi.
  • Relationship Building: Build influential relationships with stakeholders through strong communication skills.
  • Time Management: Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Spot data anomalies and maintain high accuracy in processes.
  • Personable Skills: Work effectively with Project Coordinators, Seniors, Contract Managers, and the wider team.

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

  • Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data in Excel.
