- HSQE Advisor
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- We're looking for an experienced
HSQE Advisor to support our Infrastructure division, providing practical health, safety, quality and environmental advice across a range of rail, civils, vegetation management and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll help drive compliance, improve safety performance and promote a positive HSQE culture across the business.
What you'll do
- Carry out site inspections, audits and assurance visits.
- Provide practical HSQE advice and coaching to operational teams.
- Support risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
- Investigate incidents and monitor corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks and workforce briefings.
- Monitor compliance with legislation, client requirements and company standards.
- Support internal, external and client audits.
- Build strong relationships with managers, clients and supply chain partners.

What we're looking for
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
- IOSH membership (or working towards Certified IOSH).
- HSQE experience within construction, rail, utilities, civils or infrastructure.
- Experience of audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Good knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
- PTS and/or higher-level HSQE qualifications are desirable.
