Contract Manager – Grounds Maintenance (Northern Ireland)

Location: Co. Armagh & Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland (with occasional travel to ROI)

Contract Type: Permanent | Hours: 40 per week, Monday–Friday

We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead multiple grounds maintenance and landscaping contracts across Northern Ireland.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and deliver grounds maintenance contracts across NI to the highest standards.
• Lead and motivate field teams, ensuring great results and safe working practices.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance and operational efficiency.
• Plan, schedule and allocate resources across multiple sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Grounds Maintenance Manager, or Landscaping Operations Manager.
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites in NI.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
• Good understanding of H&S and environmental standards.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within NI and ROI.
