Contract Manager
Location: This role is ideal for someone based in Northwest who loves variety and adventure as you’ll work between sites in the field and home. Warrington, Northwich or Macclesfield are preferred locations.
Salary: Competitive + Company vehicle
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (with occasional staying away to meet business needs)
What you’ll do:
As a Contract Manager, you’ll oversee the vital work of maintaining grounds, trees, and vegetation around rivers as well as reservoirs, water and sewage works. Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure every project meets our standards in safety, environment, quality, customer service, and profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Crafting and maintaining schedules for planned works.
- Conducting site visits, pricing, and quoting for projects.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships through meetings and clear communication.
- Overseeing budgets and P&L accounts.
- Upholding high health and safety standards with thorough risk assessments and method statements.
- Anticipating and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth delivery.

We’re seeking a proactive Supervisor, Site Manager, or Junior Contract Manager with proven experience in the Arb or de-vegetation industry. You’ll thrive if you have:
