Contract Manager

Location: Bedford

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

What you’ll do:

As a Contract Manager at Ground Control, you’ll take full ownership of contract delivery, customer relationships, and financial performance across your assigned area. You’ll lead safe, high-quality delivery through your Site Management teams, helping drive profitability, client retention, and business growth while living our values-led culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage one or more contracts with full P&L responsibility
  • Lead programme delivery through Site Managers, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance
  • Build strong client relationships and support repeat and new business
  • Contribute to tenders and support the Gateway process
  • Develop delivery plans and oversee contract mobilisation
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and Ground Control systems
  • Support payment applications and resolve commercial or payment issues
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor Site Managers and field teams
