At Ground Control, we’re not just about meeting targets, we’re about creating real connections with our high profileclients and helping them thrive, while providing that top-class care.You’ll be the first point of contact, resolving escalations, driving contract performance, and guiding your team to deliver consistently great service.
What You’ll Do:
This is a hands-on role with a strategic edge. You’ll spend part of your week working from home, part meeting clients on-site, and part collaborating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Nurture client relationships – regular KIT calls, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and quick resolution of complaints or escalations.
Oversee contracts & renewals – review profitability, apply pricing uplifts, and ensure contracts stay sustainable.
Lead & support your team – guide day-to-day account management while empowering the team to handle routine tasks; step in for escalations and complex issues.
Drive revenue growth – identify upsell opportunities, pass leads to Business Development, and increase quote conversion rates.
Manage your time with autonomy – balance travel, meetings, and administrative duties.
Keep things on track – chase invoicing queries, close off outstanding PPM billing, and maintain accurate client documentation.
Analyse performance – use Power BI, KPI reports, and client portals to spot trends and drive improvements.

Strong client relationship and complaint-handling skills.
Proven account management experience in a service-led environment.
Excellent communicator with influence at all levels.
Confident with MS 365, Outlook, Power BI, and client portals.
Resilient, organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable travelling to client sites across an easily commutable region.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in facilities management, utilities, retail, or housing.
