The Role
- Provide senior commercial and technical sales support for bids, tenders, and client renewals.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in winter operations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support planning, mobilisation, and live delivery of winter services.
- Translate operational and technical requirements into commercially viable solutions.
- Drive service quality, safety, and compliance during winter events.
- Support the use of technology, data, and forecasting to improve winter response.
- Collaborate across commercial, operational, and technical teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in winter operations (e.g. highways, aviation, infrastructure, FM, utilities).
- Background in senior commercial, technical sales, or operational senior and leadership roles.
- Strong technical understanding of winter maintenance methods, equipment, and systems.
- Passionate about doing what’s right for the customer with excellent stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure in live operational environments.
