We’re looking for an Operations Support Analyst to help drive smarter decision-making across our Infrastructure business. Using data, reporting and automation, you’ll support operational teams by improving processes, maintaining data integrity and delivering valuable business insights. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data and finding more efficient ways of working, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards and automated workflows.
  • Respond to data requests and resolve data quality issues.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for WoodPlan, supporting system improvements.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Build automations using Power Automate and Microsoft tools.
  • Support client reporting and business performance analysis.
  • Test system updates and contribute to application improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and data workflows.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and provide user support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience analysing data using Power BI, Excel and SQL.
  • Strong SQL development and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of data governance and maintaining data integrity.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and improving processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Wood Plan or similar operational systems.
  • Knowledge of the utilities or infrastructure sector.
