Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Hours & Shift Patterns:
- Winter season (October–April): Shift rotation covering 6am–3pm, 7:30am–4:30pm, 10am–7pm. Includes weekend working and public holidays (rota basis, with time off in lieu).
- Off-season (May–September): Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, no weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenders: Manage and log tenders, coordinating with Contract Managers to ensure smooth processing. Communicate with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Quotes: Review, check, and edit quotes for accuracy, compliance with company standards, and timely delivery to clients. Maintain an organised system for all quote uploads.
- Purchase Orders: Ensure purchase orders (POs) are updated accurately. Conduct thorough checks for compliance, and support client communications regarding updates and changes.
- Extra Works: Oversee and complete the Extra Works checklist, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Provide accurate documentation to the Finance team and maintain up-to-date records.
- Client Portals: Regularly update client portals with essential documents, track activity, and ensure all client information is accessible and accurate. Address and raise issues as necessary.
