About the role

We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join Ground Control and play a key role in securing new business. You'll lead the end-to-end bid process, developing high-quality, winning submissions that showcase our expertise and help drive business growth. Working with teams across the business, you'll manage multiple bids, develop winning strategies, and mentor Bid Writers to deliver outstanding proposals.
