Location: South Wales

We’re looking for 2 experienced Arborists/Climbers to join our South Wales team. You’ll be part of a skilled crew carrying out all aspects of Arboricultural work from climbing and rigging to felling, pruning, and complex tree removals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out all tree works including climbing, rigging, felling, pruning, crown lifting, and reductions.
- Operate and maintain arborist equipment and vehicles to high standards.
- Conduct tree inspections and apply treatments for pests and diseases.
- Implement safe systems of work and comply with all H&S and environmental requirements.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver projects efficiently and professionally.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- NPTC CS30 – Chainsaw maintenance & crosscutting.
- NPTC CS31 – Fell & process small trees.
- NPTC CS36 – Cross-cut & fell larger trees.
- NPTC CS38 – Tree climbing & aerial rescue.
- NPTC CS39 – Aerial cutting with a chainsaw.
- Experience operating chippers, stump grinders, and MEWPs.
- Physically fit, safety-focused, and a strong team player.
Desirable:
- First Aid + Forestry.
- Full UK driving licence (B+E preferred).
- 3–5 years’ climbing experience.
- Awareness of working near electricity.
- Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent.
