Temporary Executive Assistant / PA (1 Month Contract)
Start date: Week commencing 22 June 2026
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / PA to join a fast-paced, creative Marcomms function on an initial 1-month contract. You’ll be supporting a senior member of the Marcomms Leadership Team, playing a critical role at the heart of a dynamic business responsible for building and growing some of the UK’s most recognised entertainment brands.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth running of a busy senior leader’s day-to-day. You’ll be a key point of contact, liaising across teams and helping keep priorities on track in a constantly evolving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full diary and inbox management, ensuring priorities are clear and actioned
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel (including international)
- Supporting leadership team meetings, capturing actions and driving follow-ups
- Acting as a key liaison across senior stakeholders and the wider business
- Managing correspondence and handling sensitive, confidential information
- Supporting team operations, including expenses, holidays, and reporting
- Helping organise team events and contributing to a strong team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced organisations
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, able to engage at all levels internally and externally
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and strong sense of discretion
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to get stuck in
