This is a 3 month FTC to work on our FAST TV Offering. This role champions ideas that are grounded in insight, rich in craft, and creatively distinctive. As a Senior Creative, you’ll lead the way in shaping brand-led campaigns that emotionally connect with audiences, functionally support our entertainment portfolio, and contribute to long-term reputation building delivering work that resonates with our diverse UK audiences.

- Significant experience in a senior creative role across TV, media, or entertainment.

- Experience directing talent and managing creative through all stages of production.
- Comfortable working to a variety of campaign budgets with speed and efficiency.
What you will get to work on….key outputs and responsibilities of the role
- Translate marketing briefs into creative responses that move the needle for UKTV channels and streamer U within culture and excite our production and commissioning teams.
- Develop insight-driven concepts that speak to audiences’ real motivations and passions.
- Ability to read audience data and social listening and translate them into your thinking and creative responses.
- Collaborate during internal brainstorms where creative ideas are fleshed out in more detail (tone of voice, look and feel, talent).
- Lead creative development across channel campaigns, brand storytelling, and multi-format ideas presenting your concepts back to senior members of the Marcomms department.
- Create 360° campaigns across AV, OOH, social, partnerships and experiential — ensuring all assets stay true to the big idea.
- Direct shoots (big or small), write compelling scripts, and guide post-production and edit.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and agency partners to bring brand consistency and originality to every campaign.
- Ability to explain editorial decisions to stakeholders is a must.
- Challenge and interpret briefs to find creative opportunities that connect with both brand and performance goals.
- Guide and support junior creatives, and contribute to a high-performing, creatively ambitious culture.
- Bring understanding of creative effectiveness and audience insight into every stage of development.
- Use curiosity and industry awareness to bring fresh inspiration, genre awareness, and ideas that push creative boundaries.
