We’re hiring: Head of Digital & Performance Creative at UKTV! Are you ready to lead a team that’s rewriting what a broadcaster’s creative studio can be? Our newly-formed Digital & Performance Creative team is where brand storytelling meets data-driven delivery — agile, experimental, and audience-obsessed. As Head of Digital & Performance Creative, you’ll shape how UKTV shows up in the digital world. This is a pivotal leadership role driving our digital-first ambition, blending creative vision with martech, performance marketing, automation, and AI.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team of designers, motion specialists, and copywriters.
